What is Spotlight?
Spotlight is a personality profiling tool made by Mindflick, a UK performance psychology company. It came out of elite sport, and it claims to be the only profiling tool that measures both behavioural style and mindset, so people and teams can understand what drives their behaviour.
Whether it’s a project that’s stuck, a programme about to start, or a leader who needs support, the first step is the same: a 30-minute conversation. No pitch. Just an honest view on whether we can help.
